Dear Colleague Letter

This Dear Colleague letter uses a lot of language to make claims that Civil Rights Laws are being violated via programs and institutional decisions that are focused on Diversity, Equity, or Inclusion.  However, the guidance is not offered until the end of the letter.  Therefore, while there is concerning language throughout, institutions would be wise to focus on what the letter is directing institutions to do.
